In Ground Pools
The single most attractive feature most pool owners articulate is the time gained with their families and friends in their back yard. It is easy to look through our website and reach a certain level of apprehension that the swimming pools we have to offer are simply too expensive. Please don't misunderstand there are some very expensive pools in our portfolio, but there are also some extremely reasonably priced pools as well.
It is no different than purchasing a new car and choosing leather interior, built in gps, dvd players, etc. You would most certainly pay a premium for that car over the standard with cloth seats and a manual transmission. A swimming pool is no different, there are standards, and there are premiums for all of the finishes, automation system, etc. We cannot give you an exact amount as each yard, as well as the access to that yard, are different. Slope and access can account for a couple of thousand dollars of additional costs. From there it is a matter of how many of the premiums, if any, you want to add to the project.
